Paradise Cove Cottages

Paradise Cove Cottages is a year-round rental destination located on the West Bay of Lake Nipissing - a renowned ecotourism and fishing destination situated 3.5 hours north of Toronto, Ontario. Our property features four beautiful, self-contained waterfront cottages, each set in a secluded location for ultimate privacy. Our amenities include canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, boat rentals, and more, catering to families, couples, corporate retreats, and anglers alike.

Keith's Bay Retreat

During the winter months, we offer ice fishing and snowmobiling packages from January to mid-March, as well as a Christmas booking package and discounted rates for off-season bookings. Our cottages are surrounded by thousands of hectares of crown land with direct access to hiking and ATV trails, and the nearby Mashkinonje Provincial Park provides access to 30 km of hiking and nature trails. Additionally, the Ontario Federation Snowmobile Club (OFSC) trails run just a few hundred feet in front of our property, offering easy access to sledders.

Ice Fishing

Paradise Cove Cottages offers ice fishing packages from January 1st to March 16th every winter. Our packages include accommodations in either Rockpoint Haven, Northern Oasis, Whispering Pines or Keith's Bay Escape. Full use of a wood heated 'day hut' a short walk from the cottage, a gas powered auger, a dozen minnows per angler and firewood for heating your hut. Our guests particularly enjoy our ice fishing packages because it gives them the experience of great ice fishing while also staying in a luxury cottage with all the amenities to relax and unwind in at the end of the day.

Our Cottages

Our property features four beautiful, self-contained waterfront cottages, Rockpoint Haven, Northern Oasis, Whispering Pines and Keith's Bay Escape.

Rockpoint Haven is a picturesque cottage boasting a large wraparound deck that provides a 180-degree panoramic view of Lake Nipissing. A private dock with electrical hookup for boat charging is also included. The Interior features an open concept kitchen and living room, along with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodations for up to seven guests.

Northern Oasis is a stunning chalet-style cottage situated in a peaceful and secluded cove. Its open-concept design boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of Lake Nipissing. The expansive deck and dock are just steps away from the water. This cottage features three spacious bedrooms, including a master loft. It has a three-piece bathroom on the lower level and can comfortably sleep up to six people.

Whispering Pines is truly a luxury cottage rental. The spacious open concept layout encompasses a gourmet chef's kitchen, pool table, great room with surround sound theater and more. Outside you will find a large attached deck, separate lakeside deck, 8x40 foot dock (docking for up to four boats), lakeside hot tub, fire pit, and double car garage. This cottage is also extremely private with no other cottages to be seen while relaxing on the dock.

Keith's Bay Retreat is a premier vacation cottage rental, offering a unrivaled experience. The spacious interior includes a great room with floor to ceiling windows that have stunning views of Lake Nipissing, a large eat in kitchen with two refrigerators and four roomy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The waterfront-facing bedrooms even have charming screened-in balconies for your morning coffee. Outside there are extensive decks and docks, creating the perfect setting for lakeside relaxation. The upcoming addition of a hot tub in spring 2024, along with a sauna and a beautifully landscaped fire pit, will further enhance your stay. This rental also offers complimentary access to kayaks, a paddle boat, and a canoe for endless waterborne adventures. Bring your boat(s) and take advantage of the private concrete boat launch and boat house with a lift accommodating boats up to 22 feet long.

One of the main attractions of Lake Nipissing is its incredible diversity of fish species. This lake is home to a wide range of fish, including walleye, northern pike, muskie, bass, and perch. Whether you're an experienced angler or a novice fisherman, you're sure to have a great time casting your line in the expansive waters of Lake Nipissing.

For fishing enthusiasts, two Legend fishing boats are available for rent. These fishing boats are equipt with 40 HP Mercury Fourstrokes, Electric Start, Humminbird Helix 5 GPS / Sonar, Bow Mount Trolling Motor, Aerated Livewell, Life Jackets and Safety Gear.
