Promised Land Camp

Promised Land Camp is a family friendly cottage resort with fantastic fishing and offers a beautiful sandy beach, playground, walking trails, 9 spacious cottages, 8 boat rentals, 2 jet ski rentals, ice fishing (day huts), a fish cleaning hut, and laundry facilities. We also have several canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boat, life jackets, games and beach toys for our guests to use.  

Our Cottages

Promised Land Camp offers 9 clean & spacious cottages ranging from 2-4 bedrooms. Every cottage is fully equipped with Satellite TV, DVD player, dishes, cooking utensils, cutlery, pots & pans, dish washing supplies (dish towels/cloths/dish soap), a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, toilet paper, bed linens and more!

Each cottage has its own Firepit, Picnic Table & Large BBQ along with a beautiful view of the water!

The south shore of Lake Nipissing is home to several islands, rocky shoals and points that hold so many spots for fantastic fishing. Our ice fishing day huts are located on prime walleye, pike and jumbo perch fishing grounds.

Fishing & Boat Rentals

Lake Nipissing is rated as one of the top ten walleye lakes in Ontario as well as one of the best pike lakes in the province and one of the best kept secrets in Northern Ontario for bass fishing. Muskie fishing is excellent and catching jumbo perch and other pan fish is also great fun!



We offer 16ft  aluminum boats fully equipped with 25 hp or 40 hp electric start 4-stroke motors, swivel seats, casting platform, fish finder, live well, electric bilge pump, running lights, life jackets and all of the mandatory safety equipment.

Our ample dock features slips for up to 26 boats, should you bring your own boat. Gas is available onsite; fishing licences and launching facilities are just next door.
