We offer nine cottages ranging from 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom and boat rentals on Lake Nipissing.
Each lakefront cottage has a spectacular view of the water for your next vacation, and get away to it all. Our sixteen acre property, with 450 feet of shoreline, has a children's playground, swimming pool, bonfire area, and offers you complete privacy. Yet only 45 minutes by car are some of the finest restaurants, golf courses, theatres and shopping malls in Canada, located in either North Bay or Sudbury.
If it's fishing you prefer, Lake Nipissing offers some of the most thrilling experiences in both spring and fall, for a wide variety of species including Muskie, Bass, Pike, Perch, Sheephead, Catfish and the very popular Walleye.
Deluxe Camp is located deep into Northwest Bay of the lake. We are protected from the prevailing winds which results in very few days you can't get out on the water. From our location you can access many great fishing holes in no time at all. There is Cache Bay, West Bay and The West Arm, and many other great spots in between. Don't over look our own Northwest Bay. Many fish are caught right off our dock.

20 X 40 Swimming pool with slide - To cool off on those hot days, or just lounge around.
Play a game of horseshoes, badminton, tetherball or volleyball.
Designated fire pit - Enjoy the fire, have a marshmallow!
Each cottage has its own picnic table, & deck with a view of the lake.

Cottages:
All cottages have a 4 piece bath, hot and cold running water, baseboard heaters, propane barbecue and comes with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery for the kitchen. TV with satellite and internet is available. We provide pillows, bed linens, blankets and dish towels. NOTE please bring your own bath and hand towels and personal items such as shampoo and soap.
Fishing Boat Rentals
Our fishing boats are 16 foot aluminum with deep sides to maintain stability in the water, equipped with an outboard motor. All boats are outfitted with the required Coast Guard safety equipment and life jackets.
